Step 1: Let’s Talk – Fill out our Registration Form and lets set up a complementary consultation call 

Select here to download the registration form:   Cozy up with a spot of tea or wee dram of Whisky while you are filling out the registration form.  Email the form to info@orioncelticexpeditions.com with your information and let us know when would be the best time to schedule for our complementary call.  When we call you we will have reviewed your registration form in order to discuss you’re unique journey needs and dreams.  We’ll chat about your travel style, budget, specific destination sites, and more so we can provide you with your unique adventure.

Step 2: Let’s Dig In —

After you take care of the planning fee, we’ll begin creating your tailored options for your adventure, relying on our world class network of travel contacts to design your special package. You’ll receive 2-3 preliminary itineraries to review, and then we’ll work together to refine one of them until you just can’t wait to embark on your adventure.

Step 3: You will receive a booking authorization form, which once agreed upon and signed, you can relax as we take care of all the details. 

All products require authorization signature.  We ask for you to review all the information, confirm travel dates, names, etc to ensure we have addressed all required tour requirements, acceptance of terms and conditions, accept or decline of travel insurance, and credit card charge authorization.   We protect all your information and we never keep credit card information on file.

Step 4: Set Off for your Adventure —

Time to pack your bags and set off for your adventure of a lifetime! As you depart for your journey, you can rest easy knowing you have a travel pro on the ground for support. If any issue arises while you’re traveling, you can reach out via phone or email and we’ll take care of it for you.

Step 5: Treasured Memories –
